Roman Sledziejowski, a Polish-born American entrepreneur, currently serves as the Vice Chairman of the international management consulting firm, Savant Strategies.
His professional journey began in New York City at the age of 17 when he joined Salomon Smith Barney, a division of Travelers Group. While completing his final year of high school, he worked part-time at the investment bank, gaining early exposure to the financial industry.
As the valedictorian of his graduating class, he pursued Economics at Columbia University. During high school, he demonstrated strong leadership as the captain of the varsity soccer team, excelling as a striker and earning the Most Valuable Player (MVP) title for three consecutive years. Additionally, he actively competed in various track and field meets across New York State.
At just 18 years old, he became the youngest individual in the U.S. to obtain a National Association of Securities Dealers (NASD) license. This achievement led him to a full-time role as an Investment Associate at Smith Barney, a division of Citigroup.
